The adolescent girls in rural areas often face barriers to education caused by poverty, cultural norms and practices, poor infrastructure and violence. As a result the growth of the girl child gets isolated to household chores. In order to ensure that equal education opportunity is provided to both, boys and girls, regular community mobilization activities are being organised, like:

– Regular girl friendly sessions between parents, teachers and AGs
– Teacher sensitization program
– Networking with govt. officials
